Refund policy
Returns
If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days. To request a return:
- Email info@atollas.co with the subject line "Return"
- Include your order number and zip code in email body
Upon receipt and review, you will be sent a return shipping label and issued your refund.
Refunds will be returned only to the original form of payment. Atollas does not offer store credit or gift cards. Atollas does not accept returns on items purchased outside of atollas.co.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please have all items in original packaging.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. Unfortunately, koozies and stickers are non-returnable.
If possible, we encourage using the same packaging you received your purchase in to return your item(s). It’s eco-friendly!
No refunds will be given on merchandise returned 30 days after the original purchase date.
If you’re returning an item after the initial 30 days but within 60 days after the original date of purchase, you may exchange the item for another Atollas item of equal or greater value (in which you are responsible for the difference in cost). All merchandise must be unused/unworn and returned in the original packaging. To exchange an item, follow the process below.
If you’ve successfully returned your item and haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account as it may take a few days for the refund to appear.
Exchanges
For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and replace an order for the correct item. Exchanges for items purchased outside of atollas.co will not be accepted. All merchandise must be unused/unworn and returned in the original packaging.
